HOLIDAY 2007
Again this year, ERA Encore Realty set its sights on helping Desert Mission Food Bank. Our Food Drive, which kicked-off on Monday, November 19th and concluded on Thursday, December 20th, resulted in 2,893 lbs. of non-perishable items donated to Desert Mission! That blew the roof off our efforts of 2006!!

Encore Charities' President, Ginger Bower, was "amazed by the outpouring of support." Additional fundraising efforts are planned for 2008.

BLOOD DRIVE 2007
For the third consecutive year , ERA Encore Realty team member Gary Molenaar was recognized at the United Blood Services "Valentines For Life" luncheon held at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ Wednesday, February 7, 2007. As the Blood Drive Coordinator for ERA Encore Realty, Gary accepted the Platinum Award on behalf of the company. The Valentines For Life Award honors blood drive coordinators and organizations that achieved significant levels of performance in recruiting blood donors at their on-site locations. To be recognized for our efforts with a Platinum Award, the highest award given, ERA Encore Realty had to achieve 65% participation within the organization. (This award reflects the results of our 2006 Blood Drives)

HOLIDAY 2006
To help those less fortunate than ourselves, ERA Encore Realty conducted the following charity drives:

ERA Encore Realty's Thunderbird office chose to conduct a Food Drive for the benefit of the Desert Mission Food Bank. Food and monetary donations were collected from December 5th through December 19th. On December 21st we delivered 1090 lbs. of food to Desert Mission Food Bank!

The Arrowhead office, whose efforts were spearheaded by Tricia Rezendes, chose to help the Adopt-A-Block (South Phoenix) program. The office raised $250 and donated lots of gently used and new clothing. The money was used to buy food boxes at St. Mary's Food Bank to distribute on Christmas Eve, as well as new t-shirts, underwear, thermals and towels. Their continued efforts will touch over 45 people per week.

To be recognized for our efforts with a Platinum Award, the highest award given, ERA Encore Realty had to achieve 65% participation within the organization. BLOOD DRIVE 2005

As the Blood Drive Coordinator for ERA Encore Realty, Gary accepted the Silver Award on behalf of the company. The Valentines for Life Award honors blood drive coordinators and organizations that achieved significant levels of performance in recruiting blood donors at their on-site locations. To be recognized for our efforts with a Silver Award, ERA Encore Realty had to achieve 45% participation within the organization. ERA Encore Realty conducts three blood drives each year benefitting United Blood Services. (This award reflects the results of our 2004 Blood Drives.)

HURRICANE KATRINA RELIEF
With the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina, Bob Ingram, President of ERA Encore Realty, has issued a "Call To Action" to the sales associates and staff of the company. Between September 2nd and September 13th, 2005, Bob will match every dollar raised for the relief efforts.

In addition, items are being collected for the Salvation Army. Agents and staff are encouraged to bring in new clothing, water, personal hygiene items, and toys for donation. The items will be delivered to the Salvation Army on September 13th.

UPDATE: Due to the goodwill of the ERA Encore Realty team, over $4,000 was raised to benefit the American Red Cross!
